Communicate address

Have you moved house or will you move house? Then nothing will change about your pension. It is important, however, to notify us of your new address. That enables us to keep informing you about your pension. What you have to do depends on your personal situation.

I am moving house within the Netherlands

You have to register with your new municipality. They will notify the Personal Records Database (BRP) of your new address. The BRP automatically sends us your new address. You do not have to inform us of this. Once we have processed your new address, you can see it at mijnpgbpensioen.nl.

I am moving from the Netherlands to abroad

Foreign municipalities do not notify us of foreign addresses. You must communicate your new address via the online RNI portal using your DigiD. Or via one of the 19 RNI desks in the Netherlands without DigiD.

Once the RNI has processed your change of address, we are notified automatically. This may take some time. As soon as we have processed your change of address, you can see it at mijnpgbpensioen.nl.

Good to know: Do you have a DigiD? Then opt for digital mail at mijnpgbpensioen.nl. This way, you always have access to your mail in or from other countries. You can simply adjust your choice for digital mail, if necessary.

I live abroad and I'm moving to another foreign address
